How do I book?
If you want to book one of our services or a multiple services, please click here. Just mention the service you are willing to book and our customer service will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
Are your cleaners trustworthy?
All of our cleaners are professionals with experience with in-home cleaning. Every employee has been background checked and thoroughly tested to make sure that all of our cleanings will leave you 100% satisfied.
Will I have the same Cleaner each visit?
We make every effort to assure you have your regular cleaning technician each visit, but this is not a guarantee. Due to illness, vacations, promotions, etc. we may occasionally need to replace your cleaning technician.
What times can I book your services?
Our services are available 7 days a week from 7:00 to 20:00.
Should I be home during the appointment?
You could if you wanted, but this is not mandatory. You can leave your key in a hidden place for us or if you book more services from the House Heroes you may give us an extra key for this period. These details will be discussed during the first appointment.
What if I do not want a room cleaned?
Please close the door to any rooms you do not wish to have cleaned and we will focus our energies elsewhere.
Do your cleaners bring their own supplies?
The client should provide all cleaning supplies and materials for home cleaning. However our supplies are always available at your request at extra cost. Final cleaning is where everything is included.
How can I pay?
We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, Swish or cash. You won't be charged until the service is delivered completely. All transactions are encrypted for your security and we do not store any credit card numbers.
What if I have to reschedule?
You can reschedule your services at any time. However, if you cancel your services less than within 24 hours before your appointment time, there will be a 400 SEK cancellation fee.
